HOW DOES COOLSCULPTING ELITE® WORK?
During CoolSculpting ELITE®, a gel pad is applied to the treatment area. The CoolSculpting ELITE® applicator then delivers controlled cooling that targets and freezes fat cells. Over the following weeks, these destroyed fat cells are naturally processed and eliminated from the body.
WHY COOLSCULPTING ELITE®?
When compared to traditional Coolsculpting, the ELITE system offers impressive results – 33% better outcomes. We also have the ability to “DualSculpt” , where two areas are treated at once, making the procedure quicker for clients.
WHEN WILL I START TO SEE RESULTS?
Results may be seen as early as 1 to 3 months after treatment. Although results can vary, one CoolSculpting® treatment typically reduces the number of fat cells in the targeted area by 25 percent.
At 30A Medical Spa, a series of 2 treatments is recommended. You can expect to see final results, 90 days after your second treatment.
HOW LONG WILL MY RESULTS LAST?
CoolSculpting ELITE® results are considered permanent because the fat cells removed will not return and the untreated areas will not experience any fat redistribution. It is important to remember that while the treated fat cells are gone, fat cells that remain could still expand. It is recommended that you continue a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise and a well-balanced diet to maintain your results.
WHAT DOES IT FEEL LIKE DURING THE TREATMENT?
After the applicator is applied to the skin, vacuum suction will draw the tissue into the applicator. Controlled cooling is then delivered to the treatment area. You may feel intense cold, or experience sensations such as pulling, mild pinching, tingling, stinging or cramping temporarily. These sensations typically subside within 10 minutes as the area becomes numb. Many of our patients will read or even take a nap during their sessions.
