Andrew D. McAllister, D.O.
During Dr. McAllister’s surgical residency training, he was honored with several awards. The Ohio University Outstanding Resident Award, Chief General Surgery Resident of Western Reserve Hospital, and the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Research and Education Scientific Paper Award to name a few.
Shannon Younger, M.H.S., PA-C
Spa Director
Shannon Younger is a board-certified physician assistant that began her career in aesthetics in 2017. After receiving her Masters of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2016, she immediately began her aesthetic career training under multiple dermatologists and plastic surgeons. She continues to make education a top priority, attending advanced trainings regularly.
Prior to joining Dr. McAllister at 30A Medical Spa in 2021, Shannon had previously worked in dermatology and as a national Clinical Laser Trainer for Lumenis, a leading laser device company. She focuses on delivering natural results, creating an individualized plan for each client.
Shannon specializes in injectables, facial balancing, and aesthetic laser treatments. She treats multiple skin concerns and prioritizes a medical grade skincare regimen to keep a healthy, radiant complexion. She believes the journey to anti-aging or maintaining a refreshed look requires education, consistency, and commitment.
Shannon lives in Panama City Beach with her husband, daughter, and son.
Kacie Kolmetz
Licensed Aesthetician
Kacie has been an integral part of 30A Medical Spa since 2018 after she graduated from the Soothing Arts School of Massage and Skin Care in Miramar, Florida. She will immediately set you at ease with her warm smile and calm personality.
Kacie will spend ample time with her clients to discuss what treatment options would be effective based on their skin concerns. She will also make recommendations for continued skin care regimens at home, which she encourages for all of her patients.
Kacie specializes in customized facials, HydraFacials, chemical peels, microneedling, and clinical skincare. She’s also passionate about nonsurgical body contouring and skin tightening treatments. In her spare time, Kacie enjoys family time, horseback riding, and all things outdoors.
Jennifer Brown
Licensed Aesthetician & Certified Permanent Makeup Artist
Jennifer has been with 30A Medical Spa since January of 2022. She is a certified Permanent Makeup Artist specializing in brows microblading, powder brows, lip blushing and eyeliner. Jennifer also performs areola tattoo restoration and scar camouflage.
Jennifer is also a graduate of the Facial Esthetics program at Soothing Arts School in Miramar, Florida and the Laser Hair Removal and Electrolysis Program at Cindy Cassady School. She also specializes in HydraFacials, chemical peels, microneedling, and laser hair reduction.
Balancing Jennifer’s natural qualities of being very detailed oriented and her soft personal touch, she prides herself on taking the time to understand her clients aesthetic goals and creating the right personalized plan to achieve their desired results. Jennifer resides in Panama City Beach Florida with her husband and three children.

Alexa Cuiska, L.M.T.

Alexa’s passion for massage therapy started at a young age, wanting to help loved ones who suffered from chronic pain and muscle injuries. She graduated Massage Therapy School in Texas in 2002 and later earned her National Massage Certification in 2012.
Alexa has studied several modalities through the years, including Swedish, sports massage, prenatal, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and lymphatic drainage. While in Texas, her practice also included labor massage for pain management and postpartum massage for recovery after birth. Alexa moved to Florida in 2022 with her husband and son. She is excited to bring her love of massage therapy to Inlet Beach and the surrounding areas.
When not massaging, Alexa loves going to the beach and soaking up the sun with family and friends.

With strong organizational and communication skills, Ali keeps the office running smoothly and is the friendly face you see when you walk in our spa.
Ali’s experience in this field allows her to be creative in problem-solving and help maintain client expectations while also prioritizing excellent customer service. Ali’s multitasking skills, efficiency and attention to detail help to ensure that our practice consistently provides the highest level of patient care and service.
